Julia Roberts and Danny Moder have always gone to great lengths to shield their three children from the limelight
Raising children in the age of technology and social media is not an easy thing to tackle and Julia Roberts he knows that too well.

Not only does she have to raise her three children, twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, 18, and their younger brother Henry Daniel, 15, learning how to deal with the pressures and anxieties that can come from technology, but she has to deal with it in the public eye.
However, she and her husband, Danny Moder, they chose to avoid them bothdeciding to keep them out of both the limelight and social media.

Since they welcomed their children, the couple kept the lives of the three as private as possibleand they haven’t appeared on her social media or at any red carpet events for years.
Talking to Sun.explained Julia: “It’s exciting trying to raise children in this day and age because everything is so new – the pressures, the resources, having the world in your hands like that.”
She added: “I try to keep them off social media because I don’t really understand why they need it at this point.”
Their only recent appearance was in spirit, with their initials and birthdays stitched onto a dress Julia wore on the red carpet.
However, that could soon change as her two eldest, twins Hazel and Finn, they officially became young adults on November 29th when they were celebrating their 18th birthday.

In honor of the milestone event, the actress took to Instagram to share a rare throwback of her twinssince they were still in diapers.
Julia shared a candid throwback to the twins’ big day
She captioned the post simply with “18” among star emojis, adding an “I love you” to her childrenand although she limits most of the comments on her page, she still received birthday wishes from some of her famous friends.
“It’s impossible!!!!!! Happy birthday!!!!” Rita Wilson wrote, and Julia’s stylist, Elizabeth Stewart, whose client list includes Jessica Chastain, Cate Blanchett, Gal Gadot, Viola Davis, Amanda Seyfried and more, wrote: “Happy Birthday kids!!!” alongside a string of red heart emojis.
