Jessie James Decker has hit out after being accused of Photoshopping a ‘disturbing’ photo of her three children.
The 34-year-old shared photos of her young family on holiday in Mexico, with one photo in particular sparking some harsh comments.
The US country singer posted a sweet pic of Vivianne, 8, Eric Jr., 7, and Forrest, 4, in bathing suits enjoying the beautiful weather by the beach. The family is very active, thanks in part to their retired father, NFL star Eric Decker.
“Vacation Decker style,” she captioned the snap, with many fans noting how tanned and “shredded” the kids look.

“What are you feeding these children? I need their diet plans for my own kids lol,” one person commented.
“How do they all have 18 packs? God, those are some good genes,” joked another.
“Well done to the Decker family for prioritizing a balanced diet and exercise. These kids look so happy and fit! Inspirational!!!” chimed in a third.
However, there were some critics who slammed the mum for ‘editing’ the snap, saying the children’s ‘ripped’ bodies were not ‘normal’.
The star decided to address the controversy on Instagram, sharing a video of her kids on vacation stretching to show off their abs.
“When I posted our vacation picture and included the kids fooling around on the beach on our Thanksgiving trip, I had no idea it would get the reaction it did,” she wrote in the caption.
“Being accused of photoshopping my kids’ abs (I can’t help but laugh) or… the polar opposite of ‘overtraining’ our kids makes me realize how weird our world has become about bodies and what what is normal and what is not.”
Jessie added that her children have a “massive amount” of “genetic and built muscle” due to whether they want to be competitive athletes or simply love dancing.
Her daughter Vivianne is an “elite competitive gymnast,” while Eric Jr. wants to follow in his father’s footsteps to become an NFL wide receiver.
“Let’s not choose what we normalize about bodies and accept all people and children. If we want to do “better”, then we do better. I am proud of my children and encourage them to live their dreams,” she concluded.

Her celebrity friends were quick to praise the mum for her candid post, calling her the ‘best mum’.
“Crazy! Keep doing it! Obviously what you’re doing is working,” gushed influencer Hope Beel.
“You are the best mother for these kids!! You all kill her. It’s not your problem, you have the best genetic background!! The cutest, sweetest, humblest family!! I love you all!” commented model Ashley Kolfage.
“You guys are doing great! Keep it up. Save some of those Olympic seats and backstage passes for our crew though!” joked three-time Super Bowl champion Lonie Paxton.
