Who can participate?
• Promotion is available to new and existing customers with Paddy Power accounts registered in Ireland and the UK, aged 18 or over. Paddy Power is promoting the Competition in association with RMG Operations Limited. The competition will also be available on www.racingtv.com, provided entrants are Paddy Power customers.
• Accounts must be fully verified
• Flutter Entertainment employees are not eligible for the contest
How and when can I qualify?
• PP Pick 5 is a free-to-enter horse racing competition. The Competition consists of rounds in which a jackpot can be won by an entrant who chooses the winners of a set of races (up to five races per round) held on a single day (the “Competition” and each round of the Competition being a “Round “.”)
• If more than one entrant correctly selects the winning horse in each of the five races in the round, the prize will be shared
How to enter
• From the races that have been offered, simply pick the horse you think will win. Repeat this process until you have answered all the questions
How does the Contest work?
Selection:
• Before the start of the first horse race for each round, participants must ensure that they have selected their choices and submitted their answers.
• If any pick corresponds to a non-runner in either race, then that pick will be replaced by the SP favorite (“SP Favourite”) for the applicable race. The SP favorite is the favorite chosen by the Press Association race stream. If there are shared SP Favorites, then the Pick will be replaced by the SP Favorite with the lowest race card number.
• If, for any reason, the information to determine the SP Favorite is not available to the Promoter, or if the Promoter reasonably determines that the use of the SP Favorite would not be appropriate for any reason, then the Promoter may elect to use another mechanism to replace non-runners .
Awards
Jackpot Prizes:
• Saturday’s Jackpot is €25,000/£. If the jackpot is not won on that day, there will be a rollover of €25,000 each week until the jackpot reaches €100,000 – the maximum jackpot that can be won.
• If more than one entrant selects 5 winners on the day, the jackpot will be split.
Empty Races:
• If any of the five races forming part of the round is abandoned, postponed or not completed for any reason, or if a single winning horse is not officially identified for any of the five races of a Competition for any reason (other than a dead heat), the race (at the Promoter’s discretion) will be considered void (“Void Races”)
• If in any round of the competition there is a void race then the Jackpot prize will be £5,000 for
• If there are two Void Races in a round of the Competition then the Jackpot prize will be £1,000
• If there are three or more canceled races in a round of the Competition, then the round will be considered canceled and no prizes will be awarded.
When will I receive my prize?
• Prizes will be paid 72 hours after the end of the game
