I’m a celebrity… Get me out of here! winner Jill Scott opened up about her wedding plans to longtime girlfriend Shelly Unitt.
The couple reunited after spending a month apart while the former England footballer was in the Australian jungle for the show. After her win, Scott announced that it was time to “do some planning” for the wedding.
She and Unitt got engaged two years ago, but the pandemic put an end to their celebration plans for some time.

“We got engaged two years ago and Covid hit us, so I think we have to put something in the plan. It’s going to be beautiful,” Scott said. MailOnline.
“We need to sit down and catch up on the last five weeks and what’s happened, but obviously we’re engaged, the next plan is to get married.”
Scott also admitted that she could not have pursued her career goals without the support of her partner.

“I’ve always valued our relationship 100% – to be able to go away and play football and be gone two weeks out of every month, it’s so hard on the person you’re with and the sacrifices they have to make and knowing that I’ve had Shelly. I support it from day one, if I didn’t I wouldn’t be able to do it, so we’re a good team,” she said.
“I’m excited to see what happens in the future, but I don’t think it will be a jungle wedding!”
Scott was crowned this year’s winner I’m a celebrity with HollyoaksOwen Warner as runner-up and Tory MP Matt Hancock finishing third.
I’m a celebrity airs at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
