Virtual event hosting platform, FanRoom Live has announced a unique partnership with Abante Productions to make its event tickets available to fans around the world via the Gamestop NFT marketplace, as well as the event series that will now air on GameStop Marketplace.

For the first time in the industry, fans will now be able to immerse themselves in upcoming events and meet their favorite celebrities with NFT Blockchain tickets.

Known for its penchant for innovation and pioneering spirit, FanRoom Live’s latest foray into the blockchain space is set to revolutionize ticketing and streaming content not just in the virtual conference call sector, but across the entire media and entertainment industry.

The move facilitated by FanRoom host and co-executive producer Jae Benjamin, as well as part of Abante Productions and the GameStop/GameStopNFT family, will see FanRoom offer tickets for its celebrity meet ‘n’ greets through the Gamestop marketplace.

Not one to waste time, FanRoom has started offering limited edition NFT tickets (20 of them – for its next virtual meeting with Scheana Shay and Brock Davies, scheduled for December 10, 2022.

In his usual ecstasy, Mr. Benjamin could not hide his excitement at sharing the news with the media. “We’re the ‘first ever’ to bring you a series of live-streaming virtual meet-and-greet events, which will now also run concurrently with the live event at the GameStop marketplace. That’s not all! We are also the first to bring you the unique, no two tickets are the same, COLLECTABLE NFT BLOCKCHAIN TICKETS.”

Benefits of NFT tickets

There are so many benefits that could come from this move, especially for fans and event attendees. This mode of ticketing provides digital access credentials to events and easily eliminates some of the main issues with traditional ticketing systems. First, the risk of the NFT event ticket being damaged, lost or stolen is almost non-existent. And even for the artists and celebrities who host the dates, this could help them establish stronger relationships with their fans and transform the entire landscape for everyone involved.

Speaking about the development, Lynn Mosqueda and Danny Mason of Abante Films – a media firm that prides itself on “being the first filmmakers on the blockchain” – said that “this would bring additional benefits and utility to the holders of these tickets” and “We are excited to be a part of this new venture and to work again with Jae Benjamin, who also stars in our paranormal spoof comedy series, on the GameStop NFT Marketplace INTO THE VEIL, also to work with the FanRoom Live team. . NFT tickets not only provide access to the event, but also a unique digital asset that you can keep as a collector. Technology provides transparency, security and benefits artists, organizers and guests. it only scratches the surface of what NFTs can and will do for filmmakers, artists, collectors, creators and entertainment enthusiasts.”

Abante Productions currently has “Into the Veil,” along with “Desert Terror,” a Sci-Fi action short film set in the height of World War II. Abante Productions is also in pre-production on a Western horror film, “First Moon,” starring Jae Benjamin and others. A film in which a forgotten Texas legend is reborn in the story of a frontier doctor who faces vicious tragedy and awakens a supernatural legacy.”

Besides the ability to address the shortcomings of paper tickets, the introduction of NFT technology in the ticketing industry would help turn tickets into digital collectibles. “This is perhaps the closest you can get to the nostalgic feeling of buying tickets back in the day when you bought a concert, event, theatre, arena, movie – any ticket – and framed the stub as a keepsake for years to come. to come,” says Mr. Benjamin.
