Enrique Perrella joins Business Traveler as Director of Aviation

MIAMI, November 28, 2022 — Ink, the American publisher of Business traveler, named Enrique Perrella as its new director of aviation. With more than a decade of experience in the aviation publishing industry, Perrella will assume editorial leadership and oversight of all commercial aviation-related functions within Business traveler magazine, BusinessTravelerUSA.com and Business Travelers Showbroadcast on reachTV screens in North American airports.

As a seasoned journalist, editor and commercial pilot, Perrella brings to the role bold expertise in the publishing industry and a deep technical background. Perrella’s diverse experience in web, multimedia and journalism, as well as his reputation as a respected aviation editor, will help strengthen Business traveler aviation sector and continue to expand the company’s efforts with other organizations and the public.

Perrella joins Business traveler platform from his role as publisher and editor-in-chief of The airways, a 30-year-old publication covering the commercial aviation industry through its print magazine, website and podcast. As part of his previous work, Perrella transformed the magazine by rejuvenating, digitizing and making all previous issues available through a state-of-the-art digital application. He also launched the magazine’s first website, hosted its bi-weekly podcast and managed a team of more than 60 editors, writers and photographers. Perrella is also a part-time commercial pilot, flying a King Air 100 in the Caribbean.
