I’m a celebrity Star Jill Scott has explained why she is returning to her cafe job after winning the show.
The athlete is often seen working shifts at Shelly’s Boxx2Boxx cafe in Manchester, although they’ve kindly given her some time off so she can conquer the jungle.
While Jill is probably juggling all kinds of TV job offers right now, she’s vowed to keep doing her coffee shop shifts when she can.

“I will definitely be back in Boxx2Boxx,” she said Ok! Magazine. “As soon as the Euros ended, I went in because I like to thank them for their support. [Owner and girlfriend] Shelly said they made hoodies and bought them and we gave money to charity and they wanted hot banana water.”
Jill added: “We have customers who have been so loyal to us and kept the shop going, especially through Covid 100%. Like Euro, I won’t change who I am. So it’s going to be about going out there and really thanking everyone.”
The former Lioness won the final public vote I’m a celebrity last weekend with 57.66% of the share, ahead of second place Owen Warner with 42.34%.

Speaking after being crowned the latest queen of the jungle, Jill told Ant and Dec: ‘I can’t believe it. Honestly, I think I’m going to owe my grandma a lot of money for the 12 million votes she cast. “
A record 11.5 million people watched it on Sunday I’m a celebrity at its viewing height as Jill crossed the jungle bridge to claim this year’s crown.
